BikeMap Export helps you export and view your own City Bike ride history. It is an independent app and is not operated by City Bike.

Information we process

When you choose to save rides, BikeMap processes the City Bike profile information and ride history returned for your account. This can include your name, email address, phone number, ride times, stations, ride identifiers, distance, duration, bike information, fare details, and payment-card type and last four digits when City Bike provides them.

How we use it

We use this information only to save, refresh, display, filter, map, and export your ride history at your request. Ride data is associated with an anonymous BikeMap account created for the app installation so your saved history can be loaded again on that installation.

Where it is stored

Saved profile and ride data is stored in the BikeMap Supabase backend. Access is restricted by row-level security to the anonymous account that created the data. The app also keeps a session credential in the device Keychain and may cache ride data locally for display. City Bike credentials and Safari cookies are not copied into BikeMap or sent to our backend.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication and database hosting. Apple provides iOS, Safari, and the Safari Web Extension runtime. City Bike provides the source account data. BikeMap does not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Retention and deletion

You can delete saved BikeMap profile and ride data from the app. See Delete my data. If you cannot access the app, contact support with the installation or account details needed to locate the request. We retain information only while needed to provide the requested history and maintain the service, subject to backups and legal obligations.
