BikeMap Export needs Safari access to your City Bike account page. It does not need your City Bike password.

Before you sync

1. Sign in at account.citibikenyc.com in Safari.
2. Enable BikeMap Export in Settings → Apps → Safari → Extensions.
3. Grant the extension access to the City Bike website.
4. Return to the ride-history page, open Safari’s extension menu, and choose Show exporter.

If syncing fails

Confirm Safari is online, the ride-history page is still signed in, and the extension has website access. Try a small test export first, then retry the full sync. If City Bike is unavailable, try again later.
