Delete my data

BikeMap Export stores data only when you tap “Save rides to BikeMap.” To delete the saved profile and ride history associated with this installation:

  1. Open BikeMap Export.
  2. Scroll below the sync controls.
  3. Choose Delete all saved BikeMap data and confirm.

This removes the saved profile and ride rows from BikeMap and clears the local session. It does not delete your City Bike account or City Bike’s own records. If the app cannot be opened, use Support to request deletion.
